To complete an intake form:

  • Gather all necessary information and relevant documents, such as personal identification documents, tax bills, lender or bank information or mortgage statement, etc., before starting the form.

  • To ensure a timely closing, you must upload the requested documents and answer all mandatory questions related to your transaction.
